The final prompt for the 3×3 challenge was ‘Farmer’s Market’. I decided to create a pattern for my four year old, and she was excited, if not a little impatient, to see the progress. I based my motifs on her top five fruits and vegetables. And of course they all needed cute faces!
Evaluation
This came out so darn cute! I love when I am brave enough to deviate from the way I usually approach a motif. My style is ever-evolving and it pays to be reminded to step outside your comfort zone! This pattern has loads of personality and harks back to my cartoonist roots.
