About Moondog
Meet Keren, the face (some might say the legend) behind Moondog.
She is an illustrator and designer and mum to two awesome little people, recently uprooted to sunny Nelson from Fiordland, New Zealand.
Keren started Moondog in 2010 with contract graphic design work for clients in and around Melbourne, Australia. That was also the year she moved to New Zealand to work and study, adding web design and advertising to her skillset in 2012 and developing a specialty in detailed, vector illustrated NZ retro posters.
Her surface pattern design work combines her skills in both design and illustration, and her very first pattern collection was selected as a finalist in the Bolt of Cloth 2020 Textile Design Award.
